Residential Perma-Futures
Residential Perma-futures is a retrofit + adaptive re-use proposal centered around Howitt Hall in Monash Clayton Campus. The proposal consists of the strategic building expansion on the Northern and Eastern Facades as well as a communal native garden, kitchen, and education space. Additionally, BIPV Solar Panels are used to completely power the building and an organic waste chute and on site biodigester recycles Howitt Hall’s organic waste for composting and the production of energy.
